Position Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-driven individual to join our growing team as a Community Outreach Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in event marketing and community engagement, helping to connect local audiences with our events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and community leaders
• Develop and execute community outreach strategies to increase awareness of events and initiatives
• Represent the company at community events, fairs, and networking opportunities
• Distribute promotional materials and engage directly with community members to drive participation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns and materials
• Assist in planning and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions
• Gather and analyze community feedback to help shape future events and programs
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact
• Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or marketing is a plus but not required
