We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Associate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, and campaign execution. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with consumers while supporting the planning and execution of live promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging brand messaging and customer experiences
- Conduct market research and customer feedback collection to identify trends and improve campaign performance
- Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and brand activations
- Help manage customer data, outreach tracking, and campaign reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
- Provide administrative and operational support, including event setup, coordination, and logistics
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong interest in event marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience or coursework in marketing or events is a plus but not required
