Key Responsibilities

• Attend client and team training sessions to stay informed on industry trends, promotional campaigns, products, and services.
• Create, manage, and maintain customer accounts while delivering exceptional customer support.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and achieve sales goals and campaign objectives.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face interaction and brand representation.
• Support event marketing initiatives by promoting products, services, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and management.
• Assist in mentoring and training new team representatives as leadership skills develop.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and goal-oriented team environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
